be sure to really explain the differences in the preparation of graphics for
the web vs. print, gifs vs. jpg vs. png, 72 vs. 300, etc. I can't count the
number of times I've been asked for a "high-res" version of an  HTML page and
had to explain, to great annoyance, that only the tiny logo in the corner
existed in 300dpi, and everything else on the page was live text and therefore
72., and they would have to make do with a screenshot :)
