Hey there Evolters :

  Just got an email from my favorite host (f2s). They are announcing that 
sadly, they will be cutting off their free service by Feb. 28th 2002. While 
doing preliminary research on the internet, www.phpwebhosting.com sounds 
like something that I would want. Any other webhosts that you would like to 
recommend?
The following four things I must have, no budging about it :

Perl
PHP (GD Optional)
mySQL
FTP Access

Anything other than that is gravy. The price has to be resonable (this is 
for a college club's website).

Any suggestions? Ideas? Any concerns with phpwebhosting?
