[thelist] Single install of PHP4, MySQL, Apache for Linux?

FWIW, if you use Debian you can apt-get all 3 simultaneously and they will
all be configured and setup with respect to each other (even makes apache
conf file entries!).  For RedHat I'm not sure if something like this
exists...
