I'll take a look at movabletype...a friend is using them, now that I 
look. Livejournal's site wasn't responding beyond the front page 
right now.

Always test your websites, not just from different browsers, but from 
different connection types.

That way, when the boss is away from the office and using some 
unknown connection method to view your website, the rest of your team 
won't be pointing fingers at each other ("it's the graphics!" "it's 
the java server pages!" "it's the congested pipe in/out!" "it's the 
server!") to find where the blame really lies.
