[thelist] Embedding mpg into html page

I've got a mpg (video/audio) file that I need to embed in an HTML page - it 
has prefereably got to show the normal facilities (like stop/go/volume).

I've got no fecking idea what code is required for this - I'm having a 
really blank day.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
