Photoshop 6 Bible - Deke Mclelland
Flash 5 Creative Web Animation - Derek Franklin & Brooks Patton

These are my 2 best books on the subjects by far. The PS Bible is a huge
reference with a terrific index and great source materials on the CD. The
Flash book is comprehensive, covering everything from beginning intro to the
program to sort of advenced actionscript. If I had to choose only two books
on these subjects, these would be the 2.
