Most popup stoppers work by force closing windows when a window opens with 
criteria you specify (Window Title contains "X10" or "Orbitz" or 
"NextCard").  So, yeah, most of them will still popup 
immediately.  Personally, I use Advertising Killer by BuyPin Software.
