[thelist] Printing problems in NN4.76/win98

(as well as i think all others on the site)

...does not print correctly when printed from NN4.76/win98 on an 
HP Laserjet 4050 Series PC 6 printer... the print preview looks fine, 
however...

when it *does* print, the first page always comes out blank...  
switching between portrait and landscape does not fix this 
problem... this is all as reported by a user...

i cannot reproduce this problem in-house on a similar set-up, and 
was hoping perhaps somebody with a similar set-up could give it a 
shot, or at least offer any experience of this happening to them on 
other sites...

the site uses a pretty good amount of CSS to handle spacing, but 
it is still a tabled layout...  near as i can tell, the client has made 
no modifications to the overall HTML or CSS recently that would 
affect printing as i know the NN bugs, although i'm about to start a 
line-by-line comparison to what we have in archive...
