ah, that sounds like a problem with the coldfusion install.

i don't know of any way to fix this short of going through the install
again.

raymond, any ideas?

that's probably because coldfusion thinks the webroot is somewhere that it's
not and the coldfusion test doc falls within the path of where it thinks it
is.

are you accessing it with a local or remote url?  ie, does the url you're
accessing it with start with file:/// or http://?
