[thelist] Perl mailing list scripts?

It's a broadcast newsletter script I'm looking for (that can handle multiple lists).

The only ones I've seen that seem to do this charge around $200 for a single user license, which seems nothing short of extortionate for a Perl script.

Are you looking for a broadcast newsletter type list and
management, or an interactive list like thelist where listees respond
in running commentary available to all?
