it kind of depends on what you want and where you want it for ;) i haven't
implemented any of these as yet, just had to do a bit of research on them.
the pay sites tend to be far more versatile as you might expect than their
free counterparts.
I am UK based so that is what i have tended to be interested in but i have
found a variety of places that have feeds, the met office (UK) at
http://www.met-office.gov.uk/ , www.onlineweather.com (international)
www.wni.com (international) with a variety of prices depending on the
complexity of the stuff you want.
if you contact them directly, they'll usually send you details and price
lists too. if you're planning on doing your own icons etc aparently there
are over 60 permutations!!
