[thelist] Sample Contracts

Dear all

I believe this has been covered before, so apologies in advance. I need to
provide a contract for a client, between them and me. I am building their
website, and they are paying me--it's that simple. Has anyone got a sample
contract they could forward to me, or a URL for resources on the web? I am
UK based at the moment.
