so, the secretary doesn't belong on the page? perhaps in a sidebar?  (yeah,
i know, float the main or float the nav bar, but not both)  separate page?

no, that wasn't a validation report, that was the validator.w3.org
structural interpretation of the page (checkbox when you validate)

all hx on the same level
