I can reccomend CleanReg3 (www.cleanreg.com IIRC) - its a shareware registry
cleaner, but its fully working with a nag requester, and only $13 if you
decide you like it.

Otherwise, just go through your Add/Remove programs jobbie and get rid of
anything you dont need. Windows 2K (I'm not sure which others have it) has a
disk cleanup feature - go to my computer and bring up the properties tab on
your hard drives. A defrag won't hurt either.

Manually going through and deleting/archiving old stuff helps too.
