[thelist] window.focus not working in IE 6 for PC?

Has anyone heard of this issue?  I haven't seen anything, but
after i have someone submit a newsletter form, we sort of do a
backwards popup (where the original page becomes the popup and
the popup does a window.open and then focuses back on itself)
... don't ask, it's a long story.

Anywho, it seems to be working fine on a mac, but on the PC
we've tested it on, it did -not- change the focus.
