[thelist] CD-Rom to run on mac and pc

hey all,

i need to create a cd which will run on both mac and pc.  can someone tell
me what incompatibility issues might arise with it having to run on macs as
well - ive never used a mac.  what format should it be written to,
recommended software etc.
