Thanks very much Phillipe and Steve.

As it turns out, Apache had to be restarted, I just didn't have permission 
to do it.

I've read some fairly negative things about Interland service, and I 
hesitated to contact them (partly since the server I use is from two 
buyouts ago). When I called, however, the service was great, and they set 
me up right away.
