[thelist] rewrite requests with IIS?

Umm, I haven't actually used this myself (been meaning to, but y'know how it
can be :-) I was under the impression that IIS calls the asp page, but
retains the http header info sent by the browser. So to the user it looks
like they are at http://yourserver.com/null_page.htm and the page can simply
read off the value from the server variables.

... or possibly not! As I said, I haven't tried it myself. I'm sure someone
here probably has though.
