[thelist] stripping browser brand on page titles

I just tested this out, and it looks like IE 5 cuts the title off
after 95 characters, and Netscape 4.7 after 100 characters, so all
this really does is push the browser brand to the right a bit.  That's
sufficient to hide the browser brand on 640x480, but it's still
visible on anything larger than that.

Still, a nifty little trick that I'd never throught ot try.  :)
