[thelist] menu system

Anyone have any recommendations for the best (cheap or free) off-the-shelf
JavaScript menu system? Here are some requirements:

- fast, stable, small download (duh)
- NN4/IE4 to DOM compatible
- visual flexibility
- menu triggers are images with rollovers. (I can probably add this if
necessary.)

I've used dhtmLab's HierMenus, and they seem great, but I'm running into a
crashing bug with NN4.
