I agree that a LOT of the SEO outfits out there are scams or close to that.
I've been a burned a few times. However, I've recently had a very good
experience with a fellow who for $500 guarantees results or returns your

In my case he earned his money very quickly. He also took quite a bit of
time to go over his process with me and to strategize my project's SEO. I'll
be using him again.
