[thelist] Web page doesn't display in IE6

Good spot, fixed that on a local copy of the page and tried
it - still no dice.  The problem seems to be with the
doctype - when I remove that from my local copy it displays.
Funny thing is all the other pages have the doctype - yet
ie6 still displays them?

wierd.  Any further suggestions?
