Alright, thanks everyone in my previous post.  Now that this particular page
is Validated to

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
	"http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd">

I'd be interested to know if the JavaScript was affected.  As MRC suggested,
There was a JavaScript tag or two that I had to change from:

<script language="JavaScript">
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/JavaScript">

I have MSIE 5.5 and NN 6.2 and it seems fine, Opera 6 may be a mute point
since it doesn't see the pop-up menu anyway. If y'all wouldn't mind checking
this on some earlier browser versions, that would be great.
