[thelist] 128bit browser for an old PC

A friend of my dad has a very old PC. Yet, he needs a 128bit browser to
access his bank.
His hard disk is a 512Meg, the CPU is a 75MHz and 16 meg of ram.

I have absolutely no clue as to which browser would fit those requirements.
There's no problem with installing an old version of a browser, but which
one? the 128Bit security thing is a requirement that I can't ignore.
(otherwise, it would all be easy)

I checked the evolt browser library, but 128bit encryption is not noted ...
