Hi there,

Well basically, by a mentor, I mean someone who has "been there/done that"
as far as getting their web developer/designer career off the ground and can
guide/advise. I'm especially looking for someone who has started from the
ground up, in that they may not have had formal education in this area but
have carved out a sucessful career nonthelesss.

Dictionary:
v. Informal men·tored, men·tor·ing, men·tors
v. intr.
To serve as a trusted counselor or teacher, especially in occupational
settings.
