It's pretty much impossible in anything but theoretical retoric (cant
speel)

That's exactly what I do. Limit yourself to simple formating like p,
strong, em, etc but produce the rest with templates (PHPLib is my fav)

Well, I use atomz to index my dynamic pages. It's easy to set up so your
url's are www.mysite.com/articles.php/45/34/ instead of
www.mysite.com/articles.php?id=45&auth=34
