Exactly, that's what it's all about.
For all you 'designers' out there, don't forget what you are designing for.
END USERS

Put them in control:

Is your text resizable  - fixed heights hurt users who need bigger sized
text
Is your design resizable - why force users to see it your way

Liquid is the only way to go.
