[thelist] ASP Image Manipulation Component

Does anyone know of a good ASP component to do simple manipulation of images
such as changing image size and converting from .JPG to .GIF?  Is there
anything like this freely available, or am I going to end up paying an arm
and a leg?  Basically, I am writing an web app to automatically thumbnail
and catalog my digital photos, so I don't need that much functionality, just
the ability to resize and, preferably, convert my JPG photos to GIF
thumbnails.
