hi,

you can make a pdf-file from the word document and import the pdf into
photoshop...
By playing with the pdf properties you can optimize your result for
photoshop.

that´s my way @ the moment ...

On a PC, I right click the image, *copy* it and then *paste* into my
image application.

Not ideal, but probably easier than a screenshot?
