[thelist] Hiermenus is licensed now?

Eddie Traversa did up some awesome hierarchical DHTML menus as a Dreamweaver
extension. So it's one time, though I imagine a developer could charge a
little extra for doing them. I don't think DW extensions could be licensed
per site, at least I don't think so.
