[thelist] CSS : help making it fluid

Hi,

Ive made a start converting cache-22 to CSS over at
www.cache-22.co.uk/css.htm and its coming on ok. A few problems mainly
with getting the page to be fluid and symmetrical.
Its easiest to see when you look at the page but I want the main content
and the top bar to stretch across the page.

Basically compare the CSS version with the tables version and thas what
I want :o)

Not sure if Ive done it all right, or if there are better ways of doing
what there is so far.

Any help would be great.
