I've been able to make stylesheets that remove the whitespace below <H1>
from Mozilla, Opera and IE, but its always there in NN4.
An example from one of my CSS files would be:
h1 {
font-family : "Times New Roman", Times, serif;
font-size : 18px;
font-weight : bold;
margin-bottom : 0px;
padding-bottom : 0px
}
