[thelist] HTML refresh problem

Hi all!
I have a big problem :)
I have a frame wich is call mainFrame. There, you can logout from the page.
The script logs you out, and then you are logged in again, as Guest.

Till here, everything works fine, but as i have another menu as a guest, i
have to refresh the whole frameset.
I used echo "<meta http-equiv=\"refresh\" content=\"1; URL=index.php
target=_self\">"; to refresh , but this loads the index.php in the Frame.
is there any way, to reload the whole frameset??
