The only thing I could think of is the lasso tool in Photoshop, so I did a
quick google for "Lasso Designer" and evolt archives came up in the top 3
results, oh, theres a jobsite. This listed a vacancy for a "Lasso
Developer" - sop I googled that and followed links till I got this:
