This is a very temporary site. Normally I do code for validation (as much as
possible), but this site was literally assigned to us a week ago Friday. We
had to turn it around very fast.

I have a <noscript> version of the home page for these users

Yup...the mocck script takes care of the non-flash users. You're right about
the JS files. I think I'll do that right now.
