[thelist] starting with asp.net (aspx?) stuff

ok, so i notice a bunch of mouthwatering tutorials on
the microsoft website about developing with ASP.NET
but how do i get to installing the asp.net libraries?
i mean, i use IIS 5.0. is this enough, or do i need to
get something extra for asp.net to work? like a patch
or two?
