My issue is the tabs.  I would like to avoid using a graphic since I assume
I can use CSS and mimic a graphic.

Can anyone suggest some cross browser code for these tabs (or send some
links to examples)?  Ideally the tabs should be large regarding height and
should have a centered text, both horizontally and vertically.
