rtf is fine too.  Here's the thing, evidently someone told my client that
there was minimum cost to create a published document that is printable from
the web, but when you have .pdf, .doc, .rtf, and .zip formats, I'm not sure
where this guy was coming from.

Maybe the question is what is the best way to create a document that is
printable on an 8.5 X 11.0 piece of paper from the web?
