I make a product like this and I'm fairly happy with it.  You can check
it out at http://www.macrovista.net/ (that main sales site was created
with the tools and is managed by our sales and marketing folks using
those tools)

It does everything you are looking for except it doesn't currently run
under Linux, isn't free, and we are currently selling it under an ASP
model.  We do, however, have a branded reseller system in place and we
are talking  with various companies about running the system on their
own servers.
