[thelist] alternative menu

I agree, it's a nice bit of coding and easily configurable. BUT..... as you
say it doesn't work in Opera6 and the author has no plans to make it play
the game (my js isn't good enough but I'm sure someone out there could make
it work). Also, I have adapted it slightly to include a <no script> section
which delivers a table containing the top level links for non-javascript
browsers. It would be nice if the menu had a <title> facility for the links
and if the font size could be specified in relative units and if the menu
would respond to keyboard as well as the mouse.
