[thelist] SSI not working on MacIE5 browsers

Hey William -

That is a seriously wacky problem. Is there any chance your running
dynamic content or JS through the SSI? I know theres a known issue with
NES parsing dynamic content/JS within SSI's.. Also, does this happen
when using http1.0 and http1.1 ? I would find out myself, but can't find
the option to enable http1.1
