[thelist] perl scripts causing server error

Eric, I tried env command in Telnet, and I got permission denied. When I
tried the other 'working' script, I got the expected output.

The following is an extract of the directory listing:

-rwxr-xr-x   1 5903     500            76 Apr 16 21:35 hi.cgi
-rwxr-xr-x   1 5903     500            76 Apr 16 22:53 hi.pl
-rwxr-xr-x   1 5903     500          5299 Nov  3  2000 solidform.cgi

solidform.cgi works a treat, but neither of my simple hi scripts worked.

This is the output:

env: hi.pl: Permission denied
[I have no name!@xxx cgi-bin]$ env hi.cgi
env: hi.cgi: Permission denied
[I have no name!@xxx cgi-bin]$ env solidform.cgi

There's obviously some issue going on here, but not being a *nix man, I'm
struggling.
