Marc,

Using Opera 6 - beta 1 for linux I am having a hard time seeing the
problem. Am I missing the obvious?

Try separating the divs with a few pixels so we can determine the
problem better. As it is all I see is two HRs stretching to the total
width of the respective DIVs.
