Usability websites you say? First man that comes to most of our minds is
Jakob Nielsen (http://www.useit.com/). His site isn't the greated but he
more than makes up for it with his content.

Another one I personally like is http://www.ecommercebase.com/. It's a great
resource for learning quickly.

I know there are many more sites though.
