Hi,
It's quite amusing to see a site aimed at deaf children to break practically
every accessibility rule you could think of.
It's quite clear the target audience are deaf children, that don't suffer
from any other ailment, in fact - excellent eyesight is required, or even
night-vision if you want to read the navigation titles .
Or maybe the interface was designed to show sighted people what it's like
for visually impaired users to navigate a site.
The user would also have to be reasonably computer savvy to install
quick-time, and maybe Flash - but that shouldn't be a problem as the target
audience are 8 to 12 year-olds.
Naturally a fast internet connection would be needed, users with a pop-up
killer running would be able to admire the logo at their leisure , that also
goes for anyone not using Internet Explorer, as I couldn't get it to run in
NS4, NS6 or Opera6.
They didn't use the alt attribute, or anything to help search-engines
either, but that would just be icing on the cake.

The movies are well-made though.

Cheers,
Richard
