[Devin C. Lussier]

US and Canada don't require an address (as far as I know, it could've
changed in the past couple years).  Which is actually pretty annoying.
Germany seems to be fairly ahead of North America regarding those types of
things.

Just thought I could actually be useful for a moment, LOL.
