This works, but in Macintosh IE 5.5 it's extremely ugly.  Each style sheet
visibly loads until the last one "takes control".  You can see this (with a
Mac) at http://www.gothamcityusa.com/index2.html  I don't see this problem
on Windows.

Ignore, PLEASE, how ugly the design is... I've been much more focused on
learning how to make skins that will validate than I have been on making
attractive skins.
