Three choices:

1. Walk away from it. It's clearly a blatant ripoff.

2. Take the job only if you aren't changing any graphic or design
elements (i.e., doing strictly backend scripting, etc.) and make sure
there's a clause in your contract that excludes you from any
responsibilty for the visual design of the site. (if such a clause is
even possible)

3. Take the job to do the whole site and then immediately redesign the
hell out of it.
