Hey All :

	Thanks for all your suggestions. I apologize that the thread got out of
hand. Here is what I was finally able to do (which I was surprised I didn't
try before). Using command, and the 8.3 filename (which skipped the
extended chars), I was able to get rid of the file. It wouldn't work from
explorer...only from the command prompt.

Like I said, it was one of those "duh" moments.
