[thelist] links not working in IE6

   I'm having a strange problem with a site I recently built, http://carf.info

   The site looks fine in IE6, but the menu links don't work. I have no idea
   why this might be, since they're just *links* - the code looks like this:

   <a href="/archaeology/">About Archaeology</a>

   . . .etc. . .

could it be the leading slash?  does IE-6 have problems with urls relative to
the server root?
